How It Works

Living Photos uses advanced AI models to analyze a photograph and generate a short, seamless animation. The technology understands facial structure, lighting, and expression to create movement that feels natural — not forced or uncanny.

Here's how to try it:

Open any memorial you manage and navigate to the Photos section. Click on a photo and look for the "AI Enhancements" option. Select "Bring to Life" and wait a few seconds while the AI works. You'll see a preview — if you're happy with the result, click Apply.

The animation saves alongside your original photo. On the public memorial page, visitors see the still photo by default. When they hover over it (or tap on mobile), the photo comes alive. The original is never altered or replaced.

It Works Best With Faces

Living Photos is designed for portraits and close-up shots. Clear, well-lit photos of faces produce the most compelling results. Group shots and landscape photos can work but won't have the same impact.

Old, faded, or slightly blurry photos? Try using our AI Photo Restoration first to sharpen and enhance the image, then apply the Living Photo effect. The two features work beautifully together.

Who Can Use It

Living Photos uses AI enhancement credits. Premium subscribers receive 25 credits per month, and plaque owners get 5 per month. Each Living Photo costs one credit. You can also purchase additional credits at any time — 10 credits for $9.99.
